Susan Anderson Retiring

Susan Anderson retires at the end of this month from her positions as Educational Director and Teacher. We are celebrating her today at a drive-up Farewell Parade in Glenbrook’s parking lot from 11 am – 12 pm.

Mrs. Anderson has been tirelessly devoted to the Glenbrook community for nearly 19 years. First, as a co-oping parent to two boys who attended Glenbrook beginning in the fall of 2001, which continued into substitute teaching and caring for children in our Sibling Nursery followed by 12 years as a teacher to our Teddy Bears and Curious Cats overlapping with 9 years as our dedicated Educational Director. She has spent many long days and late nights growing and improving our school and community.

As said beautifully by one of our parents, “her warmth, patience, creativity, guidance, and leadership have made a lasting impression on all of us!”

Mrs. Anderson, we will miss your smile in our halls and kneeling down to greet our youngest students each morning, but look forward to celebrating you today at your Farewell Parade and enthusiastically cheer you onto your next chapter!
