Supplemental Programs

Glenbrook offers supplemental afternoon programs that provide additional curricular enrichment and play time as well as an opportunity for children to continue developing social skills. These special programs are available with an additional fee and are dependent on staff availability and demand. For fee information, visit the Tuition and Fees page.

Lunch Bunch Available Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:30 – 2:30 p.m. for Super Stars and Fantastic Frogs who will turn four on or before November 1.

Led by our own Mrs. Pinto and with the help of two co-oping parents, Lunch Bunchers eat their own prepared lunch from home and learn about one topic for multi-week units. Topics include STEM-based curriculum (solid/liquid/gas, weather, oceans, rocks) and literature.

Sibling nursery is available for parents who co-op during Lunch Bunch.

Stay and Play

Available alternating Wednesdays 12:30 – 2:00 p.m. for Curious Cats, Super Stars and Fantastic Frogs who are at least three years old and potty trained.

Children enjoy their prepared lunch from home and have extra play time!

Two teachers oversee Stay and Play.

Summer Camp

Glenbrook’s one-week summer camp in June is a fun opportunity for children ages four and older to extend their play-based curriculum and activities. Children should be dressed for mess and lots of outdoor play is expected. As noted above, summer camp is offered if there is demand and staff availability.
